Employees need to learn English. I hate it when I go somewhere in Hialeah and no one speaks english. I do speak perfect spanish but i dont want to speak spanish when the person attending me doesn't even TRY to speak english. I hate it when they say "well you are in Hialeah" i say exactly you are in Hialeah, and that's in Florida and Florida is part of the USA so speak english cause if i go to your country you will expect me to speak your language no excuses. SO PLEASE HAVE ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. INVEST IN YOUR EMPLOYESS TO LEARN IT IF THEY ARE GOING TO WORK THERE IN THE DRIVE THRUS AND AS CASHIERS. the lady at the window asked me what sauce and i said "none", guess what she gave me honey cause she didn't understand & that honey is going in the trash, what a waste. So you see who I am talking about My order # was 98 on 7/9/20 at10:24am. 8/7/2022 For a freakin blueberry muffin they make me wait on the side for 5 minutes. Ridiculous they don't cook this. 9/15 decided to guve them one more try, having some hope but nope still a disappointment. Terrible, you go into the drive thru to get quick service but every time I come I seem to have to wait about 10 min. on the side for my food. They always forget something too, i specifically stated that I want bbq sauce, it was also stated on the receipt and did not get it. The large fries were more like small since the fry container was less than half full. Again No one here speaks english. All this waiting just to get some nasty, stale, cold food that they supposedly just cooked. They should either hire good people or close this mcdonalds down. Its awful. Never coming back to this location.
