Great experience. Staff was extremely friendly and understanding, and they were extremely affordable. Our dog was seen for an emergency care situation, very short wait and the medical team was very gentle and thorough at dealing with his issues. Would recommend to anyone in an emergency situation with a pet.

Extremely unsatisfied with care I received for my 6wk old kitten. After spending $1100.00 dollars on tests & X-ray the doctor gave me absolutely no reason why my kitten was vomiting and unable to hold any food down. It was heartbreaking to be sent home with a can of cat food (that did absolutely no good since she wasn’t able to keep it down), and no advice or direction. Just a “come back if symptoms continue or get worse”. We’ll, of course they will because they didn’t do anything! I truly felt like the vet just didn’t care. I’ll never go back there again. I thankfully found VMC clinic that has been amazing and kitten is doing fantastic now.

Brought our pup into this place because she kept limping around after she was hit by a car, we were sent home after a few hours with very little help. After a few days the things we were told to do to help weren’t working so we brought her back. After the second time they discovered her leg was broken we were told her leg needed to be removed. We were obviously angry and left to get a second opinion not trusting them and very confused. By the time we got home there was a note on our door from animal control saying we denied care to our animal and needed to get it taken care of. So you recap this place misdiagnosed her in the first place then told us to cut her leg off then called the police on us for not trusting. And now we have a dog that’s an amputee we still love her but it all could’ve been avoided if we would’ve went somewhere else in the first place.

My puppy was having a bad allergic reaction and they got him in immediately! Absolutely wonderful staff from the first person who answers, assistants and Dr! I was anticipating a long wait and a much higher bill. They were affordable and didn’t make us wait at all! Thank you for putting us at ease and taking such good care of us! My pup is feeling much better now. Thank you so much! 💜~ Rocky and his Mom Ashley

I'm soooo sorry for your loss. Do you have a veterinarian that you have used?

Do they charge a upfront payment

You pay at the time of service. If the service is surgery, they will provide an estimated cost (a range) you will need to pay the lowest estimated cost the day you bring in your pet for surgery.

If you go on line and search vca veterans it's a organization that veterans join anyhow most if not all vets that belong to the vca will give a free exam and office visit also most spca have low income to zero cost check the one on florin they have a low cost clinic and there's also one that share the same building literally they within arm length of each other called bradshaw that's were most of us take feral cats to have them spade and neutered for free but free is only for feral cats but they also have a low income clinic
