First off they USED to be very good. Every since COVID-19...THEY WENT DOWN HILL. they use The pandemic as an excuse for you to sit in your car, in what ever weather, and make you wait...or they say they are still remodeling. I have 6 pets and rotate them to this office...seems like they been remodeling for the last 8 months...every excuse for patients NOT TO COME IN and speak directly to the veterinarian. I pay for full charge for an office visit...but never been the office....simply can do better.....the pandemic is over...one more try. And I take my money business elsewhere...

2:00pm This place is one of those condescending places where you receive more useless testing in order to prove the obvious. Definitely a waste of money. A bunch of robots work here..nice scam guys! Follow up:6:30pm I returned later that evening to get records of my visit for my next vet and to pick up medication. I was greeted with an angry staff. The nurse came out and gave me a box of my medication and angrily walked off. I had to ask the Director who came out afterwards how to administer my medication. Most places always make me sign off or at least ask if I need help with administration of the medication. I’m pretty sure this is a normal practice with all over the counter meds. However the director was quick to have an excuse for his nurse. The director was Brandon Cohen was literally shaking with anger trying to talk to me. It’s clear the staff had talked about me and my private situation among themselves as he was immediately on the defensive and had a negative attitude. He repeatedly called me condescending when I asked for my records and questions about their paperwork protocols of this office. When I asked for my records he did not have them available to me. He said he would have to call Dr. Miller to see if she could do them as she had gone home and it was 3 hours after my initial Appt. He said that it was a normal practice for the doctor (Dr.Miller) to not complete their records at the time of visit, and that they sometimes have to go home and will complete them later on or within 24 hours. In my opinion I feel like those records could be skewed or mixed with other patients due to their “high volume of patients.” This was a practice I have never seen in my dogs 11 years of care in 4 different cities. This place needs to be more professional with their patients, records, and customers.

This place just provided me THE WORST vet experience I've ever had. I chose a procedure thinking it would cost WHAT THEY QUOTED ME when I dropped my dog off. But, after a couple of calls saying, "sorry, we forgot to add this into your quote. It's going to be several hundred dollars more..." I ended up paying way more than I wanted. They acknowledged this inconvenience and gave me 10% off. (Reason #1 for giving 2 stars instead of 1.) I was told by the vet to pick up my dog at 4 pm. I arrived at 4:15 and didn't leave with my dog until 5:30! Why does it take an hour and 15 minutes to bring me my dog? No one updated me or acknowledged me. Maybe if you had told me the reason I was waiting so long, it would be okay. Also, I have called several times over the years and have been put on hold for way to long...to the point of just hanging up. The front desk staff are hit or miss, some are super rude and not friendly, but I have also had two interactions with very nice front desk gals (unfortunately, I don't know their names.) Reason #2 for giving 2 stars instead of 1.

They are very good, but over priced. They will call you and tell you to bring the car back in after it is well so they can charge you for another office visit.
