Preordered a game to not get it

Showed up to the location at 615 pm and the store was not open for business. The hours listed say nothing about closing the doors until 640pm. A waste of gas and time. If I could give 0 stars this would be the scenario. Last thing you want to do is wait for someone in 105 degree heat when you get off work because the business is not properly ran. This is unacceptable for a franchise retail store.

No they are not you can fo there and ask for what you want at the door. Or order online. They will not take your cash. They won't even let you in the store.
Try A-1 Comics are there's a place called The Cave in Folsom
They std open ar 11 AM and close at PM. Unless its Christmas they are there! Try the West Sacramento store. By far thw bwar Gamestop out there!
They might. Gamestop now sells retro consoles online. However, those may not garner much in trade based on the availability of these online and at many second hand stores.
You need to download the update from the Sony Playstation website and save it to an empty flash drive. Then you need to plug that into the ps4 and follow the on screen instructions. I don't think that Game Stop will do that for you as it may open them up to liability if they damage your ps4. I'm sure the guys there could give you advice though. Best of luck with your ps4!
