I highly recommend her if you are lost and looking for someone in this area to do a great tattoo, who will actually listen to your concerns/make you feel comfortable and not make you feel bad or irrelevant for asking questions or wanting to switch things up a bit. No I am sorry we don't. Our policy is 16 and up with parental consent. Parent must sign a release form, and be present. Both Parent and Child must have valid State issued picture ID, and last names must match, if not parent must provide proof of name change. The tattoos done are at the artists discretion.
