I don't usually leave reports, but I had to for Chris at Eastchester Heights Management. When we moved in we had some issues with the apartment, issues that Chris and management were not made aware of initially until we brought it to their attention. Once Chris became aware of our situation he handled us with care, empathy, and swiftness. He even made sure I had direct access and contact to management in the case of any future issues I may need assistance with. I have never MET the manager to my previous buildings I've resided in, let alone have a GREAT relationship with one. Listen, everyone has their own experience my biggest concern with Management of any kind is how they find long term resolutions to conflicts and problems and I can tell everyone reading this review I am VERY satisfied with the way we were handled. Just to inform you that Chris the maintenance manager and Medina the leasing manager went above and beyond to meet our needs. They kept in contact with me and my family on every move daily. My family and I have not one complaint about them two. I will recommend them for a higher position and a higher compensation if it’s possible. I will always communicate with them two for any future plans.

Hats off to Chris, the new Manager in the Maintenance Department. I had the worst experience of my life this past weekend, and he patiently listened to all my concerns which was a lot and addressed every single one. With Chris, there is action behind his words; he gets the job done. I greatly appreciate everything you did and the company is blessed to have you.
