Super disappointed in MM. spoke with a representative multiple times to make sure I could apply with a spouse on the application. I was assured yes, no problem and was told what I needed. When I filled out the app, it would not allow me to enter his info. This was on a Saturday- I called &emailed . I told I would be contacted on Monday….Thursday I received a paper copy of an addendum from the representative and forwarded it to my Husband- Saturday I received an adverse action saying I didn’t have credit ( decent score- no credit)… everything is in my Husband name- so, duh! Because I am transferring from out of state, I had not had a chance to view this propert prior to applying. I recently went out to MM and all I can say is it is totally misrepresented in the photos and site map. The place felt so condensed and has multiple apartment complexes on the same drive… the site map just makes it look as if it has more land. At any rate, I hate leaving bad reviews. Even more I hate losing $210 ( yes, it is $210 to Apply). I explained to the representative (who will go unnamed) the total situation and was encouraged to apply- neglected for days and basically lied to! Honestly, I dodged a bullet though. I am in a better place and PIF $30 on Zillow to apply to multiple rentals. I would give MM 0 stars if it were possible.

If you are looking for a place , I hope they have one available for you too. The whole process was smooth and easy. Julie is amazing! No concern or question went unnoticed or unanswered . Everything was exactly as described. No surprises and all calls , texts and emails are answered fast! We are happy we have made this our home.

Enough is enough! My car along with other neighbors have been broken into. Luckily new neighbor had camera. Thank god! FIX THE LIGHTS MERIDIAN! Police are at complex quite a bit now. You would think with the amount we are paying $1375 would mean a nice clean safe area! This place is severely run down and over priced for what we get. I’ve notified them about parts of the building falling off ( off all things!! ) nothing has been done. Literally nothing!! Months now! When communicating with leasing office, they claim to take care of it or ask I continue to bring it to there attention and then do nothing. Most off staff and management live here, so you would think that they would care more, let alone follow the rules. Advice! Fix lights in common areas and parking lots to help with break ins and safety. Get cameras! That will help residents here!! Between evening break ins and kids damaging residents and complex property cameras seem like a no brainer. I myself had to get a camera, I’m scared! I’ve noticed a lot more popping up in my walks now. It’s sad. Meridian do better!
