We had terrible experience with this school despite me giving the benefit of doubt for close to a year. Constant turnover, lack of clear communication, terrible management. The location is great, however it was not worth tolerate the complete neglect, classroom overcrowding , teachers who did not care even at least about kids. I raised all those issues with the owner but he didn’t seem to care. Had to take both kids out… save yourself, stay away from this place.

I have been bringing my children to Primrose of Windsong Ranch since they opened in 2016. I have been asked by other parents if I like it there, and if I recommend it... my standard answer is always “they’re like family”. Truth be told, I’ve had good experiences at every early childhood center I’ve been too, but this school is exceptional. Their strong and frequent communication with parents is complimented with a really easy to use app. I get updates all throughout the day with notes and pictures of my children, which helps me to feel connected to them and their school experience. My kids and I have really grown to love each of the teachers they have had. It’s obvious that Primrose of WSR takes great pride fulfilling positions in their school. Also, coming out of this pandemic, I must note how well they handled the challenges they were faced with. Along with so many other parents, I had taken my child out of their pre-k class a few months before the school year ended. Even though we discontinued our payment to the school, they were determined to make sure that these pre-k kids had the send off to kindergarten they deserved. They organized safe events, including a graduation, for them to be a part of. They brought happy tears to my eyes on a few different occasions. Primrose was quick to begin implementing safeguards at their school that made us feel comfortable with going back. Their covid communications, tracing, and efforts to reduce risk were truly admirable. We’re excited to get out of these covid times so that Primrose can get back to hosting all of the family events we miss. The holiday parties, Halloween trunk or treats, the holiday show.... those are just a few of the other facets that makes Primrose of WSR outshine the rest. I’ll be forever grateful to Darla, Ruthanne, and all of their support staff, for EVERYTHING they have done for our family over the years. Their understanding and support cannot be matched. If you couldn’t already tell, I’m proud to be a Primrose of WSR parent!

The teachers and staff are personable, professional, and great at communication. My school aged boys attended for several years during summers and after school. Primroses’ handling of the pandemic has been so impressive. Cleaning protocols, limiting people in the building, yet remaining open for those of us who needed child care. I 100% recommend Primrose Windsong!

It takes a while to realize when you're a victim of racism or unfair treatment. It's even more heartbreaking when this happens to your vulnerable 3yr old daughter. The asst Director Ruth Anne needs to go back to the 1950s or the days of racism and segregation. She should not be in child care business. A lot of things happened to my child in this facility and she was constantly being blamed for everything that happened. At first my husband and I are trying so hard to work with the teachers and help my daughter get along with this particular child in her class. Finally Ruth Anne decides the 2 girls just need to be separated and be in different classrooms. But we didn't know this until when we come to pick her up at the end of the day and find that she had been moved. First they told us either of the kids can EQUALLY move as long as they're separated. We took The weekend and thought long and hard and told them it's best for my child if she stays in her current class. They said they'll have to call the other family first before they call the other family. Long story short after 4 repeat conversations like this and a week after, I realize it's not an option of which kid gets to stay in their class, they were hell bent on REMOVING my child from her class and they were doing it after we drop her off then by the end of the day, they'll bring her back to her class. I started seeing all the signs and one day I did a surprise visit and found that my suspicions were true. After a long and conversation with the director she moved her back to her class. No questions asked. Plus she didn't even bother to move the other kid. I finally realized it wasn't about separating the kids, it was just about REMOVING my child from her class. So I saved them the trouble and just removed her completely from the facility. Please BE WARE! Make surprise visits to your daycare facilities. Do not Trust their word. They're liars. They even said they called my husband when it was all a lie. This is the same owner as the primrose on La Cima. We loved La Cima branch better and were considering moving there in the fall. We spoke in detail to him and he was 100% in agreement with everything. Meaning the same thing can happen over there and he will not mind.
