I really want to love it because it’s close to home. This location used to be on top of it but the past two times I’ve ordered have been a disaster. Today my Order that was placed online was not ready till an hour past the estimate. As I stood there and watched the staff they were all In slow motion. One of my pizzas was not fulfilled till 8:28 and the estimate was 7:39. I ordered 3. Two were done around 7:50 and the 3rd some how kept going missing. The previous time I visited they burned both the pizzas I ordered to the point I had to throw them out because they were not edible. I understand staffing is an issue but there is not method to the madness. It seems as if corporate needs to have someone come in and show the team how to flow properly. Being behind on orders is definitely understandable to an extent but continually missing pizzas on numerous orders is not. The staff was not concerned nor apologetic in any way shape or form.

I liked this place a lot for awhile but recently they keep burning the pizzas and getting my order wrong. One time I made an order online and when I went to pick it up they didn’t have it. So I waited 20 min for nothing and had to get food elsewhere. Then this evening I picked up an order I waited a long time for and asked to have them bring it to my car for pickup and they acted like they didn’t do that anymore. Then why do they have the signs and the spots to sit for pickup and allow orders over the phone? Anyhow, I got my pizza but it was scolded black on the bottom. See pic :(

The service and kitchen was very fast and convenient(they make your meal right in front of you subway style); the menu was very easy to read. Refillable drinks. The crew members were very friendly, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The business was very clean. The food was accurate, hot and delicious. It was a very good experience. I will return.

Great pizza place. My bf loves it here. They are quick and clean. Fairly priced pizzas. We love how they are able to fit to there customers needs by having lots of variety of options to choose from. Very delicious. 10/10 would recommend.
