Moved in here 5 months ago. Love the building and amenities. Everyone is very friendly, including the staff and other residents. BUT there is no number to call the onsite leasing office. You have to call the call center and leave a message. For a building that costs $4000+ per unit, this is ridiculous in my opinion. There are at least 3 people in the leasing office everyday, yet you cannot call them directly? if you want to pay less and have a direct phone number to the leasing/front desk, I would recommend NEPTUNES MARINA next door.

Incredible dog friendly building with courteous helpful staff. Glenda was tremendously helpful with apartment showings and getting me settled. The building has fantastic amenities such as 2 pools, 3 story gym, gorgeous walking and biking areas along the marina, paddle boards & kayaks for tenants. Great community and very social. I highly recommend.

Fantastic location and great attentive staff. Amazing amenities for a very enjoyable experience. Apartments are well laid out but this is not a craftsman quality build. Some minor details in the construction of the apartment could have been better. The facility is very dog/pet friendly but a solution for a dog relief area is still in the works. Until then, most residence are allowing their pets to relieve themselves in the landscaping (they don't have any other options). This apartment will continue to be a great place to live provided the maintenance and cleaning staff remain vigilant in keeping the facilities clean and in good working order.
