We recently moved in and the support from Mirabella management throughout the whole process has been exceptional. Roxana and Dawn specifically were very accomodating when viewing units, getting us moved in, and finally with the maintenance requests we've requested with getting situated. Great communicators, very professional!

Mirabella has been a great place to live for the past 3 years. It's conveniently located off the 90, the bike path, and is in close walking distance to lots of stores, restaurants, and Venice. The residents are extremely warm and welcoming. Dawn and the maintenance team are always fast to respond to any request and go above and beyond to ensure total satisfaction - we appreciate them so much!!!

We moved into Mirabella at the start of 2020 and while COVID has limited the ability to use the facilities the one thing that has stood out is the team. Brenda and her staff have been amazing, always responsive, empathetic to the circumstances we are in and to the safety of us all. Francisco and the maintenance team are also wonderful! There are a lot of apartments around us, we choose Mirabella as it was the hidden oasis. The only reason why I haven't given 5 stars is the noise from the garbage trucks daily and other apartments and unfortunately at the back of Thatcher we now have a homelessness concern but this is any fault of management, in fact they have tried to help. Overall, it is a great place to live!

I’ve been living at Mirabella for five years. There are a lot of great aspects to living here. The general area is convenient, safe, and fun. Easy access to lots of restaurants, shops, beaches, freeways, and LAX. The property is safe and well kept, and generally quiet, which is important to me. I have always enjoyed the staff here as well. I have found them to be responsive to all types of issues, very helpful, very patient, and very nice. As with any rental situation, it’s a two-way street. If you take the time to invest in relationships with your community that investment will pay off. I have found that to be true here. Nowhere is perfect, but I’m happy here and I look forward to more years living at Mirabella.

It was $3200 but add in the fact that you need flood insurance.
