The only thing good about this place is the location. Some of the management staff is pretty rude. Apt is outdated, encountered pest issue before which freaked me out 😑 and there’s zero security. The security on site is a joke. Bike from my patio + laundry has gotten stolen. I stayed here almost 3 years too long bcuz moving is such a chore. Needless to say, rating this place one star is being generous.

Beautiful lush green grounds with lots of well maintained plants and trees. Great staff! Very pleasant experience signing up. Staff is kind, informative, helpful and attentive. Charlton is awesome.

The place was better before. Now It is a complete disaster. The General manager Duane is another one, Super rude towards tenants.The Mail rooms are closed, packages get stolen. It smells dog urine at every corner in the building. Tenants are frustrated from the lack of management. I see the people from the maintanance and the leasing team left a review here pretending like they are a tenant. That I find it funny .

Cool Place LA

The manager of this complex is horrible. He is doing illegal stuff and put residents in a tough situation. He randomly cuts off residents’s fob without any reason. I wasn’t able to get in my own garage numerous times because of this situation. Don’t even bother to rent any apartment from this complex If you care your peace and your safety. I had terrible experience during my lease and they didn’t not help with any issues that I had in the past.
