The customer relations in this store has gone down considerably under new management. If you have a problem? He will not even begin troubleshooting anything it is call customer service and be prepared for hours on the phone. I used to do all of my add on for sales here but no more. ATT has dreadful phone customer service for years now the store is just as bad.

They were helpful and had a pleasant customer service appearance but after taking their advice, I found they weren’t as knowledgeable as I would have hoped them to be. But overall not a bad experience!

Love AT&T as a whole! They have great service, I have been to this location many times and every employee has a different level of knowledge and different answer for the exact same questions... I found the manager here to be very rude and and unprofessional. I love my service with AT&T but I will be going to a different store for help with problems in the future!

I've been an ATT customer well over a decade. Not super tech savvy. I was having trouble getting a video transferred from my phone to my computer so I went in to ask questions for help about my phone. I was asked if I had a warranty on my phone. WHAT?!? The gal told me if I had a warranty plan I could call it and they would help me. Or I could look on line and try to figure it out. I asked if there was anyone else in the store who could help me an she said no, they were just sales people.... Well, I got on line. Decided to write this review. And I will not be positively recommending this store to another. It was a very disappointing experience.
