I just brought them 25 birds for them to rehab and release. This place is FANTASTIC. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They do a fantastic job

Freedom found injured on 11/4/2020. Taken to wild life rescue after an hour of sweet cuddling with her/him. Eventful time at election date to find our national bird injured and so gentle to not bite or sink the claws of who was helping. Hoping to hear from freedom soon and that is doing well.

We have recently begun volunteering here. It's a great place to learn, and become familiar with the bird wildlife that is new to me.

They ARE NOT open to the public, although they are having an open house this coming October; it's a bird hospital. If you find an injured bird please call them; they will instruct you to either bring it to them, or the Suisun location. The Suisun location is open to the public & has a handful of animals to look at.

No. They are a wildlife rehabilitation center, not an adoption agency. They care for wild birds, not pets.
International Bird Rescue isn't like some wildlife rehabilitation centers where there's an education center/component to it. It's more like a hospital. The best time to visit IBR is during their Open House, which is typically in October.
