The office personnel are very helpful and professional, I felt safe knowing I had help on the way. The driver was very knowledgeable and was able to tow me to a tire shop.

Mixed review! Very nice family business, the woman is very nice and helpful which helps in such a bad situation. However, the guys working in the night say they do not release cars after hours. I had to cite the GIANT sign next to the window that clearly implies car ARE released after hours and that it incurs an additional fee. He stuck with his answer of there's nothing I can do due to liability and us getting hurt on the property. A garbage answer to which we told him we DONT WANT to nor do we expect to have to go onto the property to collect our car since typically cars are brought to the gate. We called him about 5 times and just didn't let up and he said he would see what he could do. Thru the window I saw him and another guy literally watch TV until the show was over. I was the registered owner and my renter who was the one who incurred the tow stood outside in the rain and cold the entire time. The younger guy then came outside to ask for our paperwork and was crazy condescending. When people are in a position where they have something over another, a bit of grace goes a long way. These douchebags were about as terrible as I could imagine. They will get there's for sure, I'm not worried about that, but these guys definitely need to be checked.

I had problems with a rental car and the rental company sent Dietz Towing to exchange my vehicle. I was prepared for the worst but it turned out to be a very good experience all things considered. Dietz was prompt, professional and got my car exchanged in just a few minutes. I recommend them.
