Vic is so unhelpful. I don't know if he is just lazy or he just doesn't like his job. The times he has given me information I ask someone else or I go to a different location and it's so much easier and a better experience. I promise if you drive to the one off benito you'll have a better experience they are super helpful and nice.

It is a nice sunny day and I was running around trying to get ready for Christmas, I stopped to get some packages mail, it was a pretty surprised to see there was not people at the post office... one lady in front of me, a handsome guy behind me... this FLORA lady/usps worker decided to skip me and start talking with the good lucking guy behind me- I'm not gonna lie, she was flirting with the dude, telling him about her family health issues and other nonsense...at least the lady went on and on for 10min... are you kidding me??

This post office is horrible. Line out the door . I think it’s rude to have customers wait outside in a line to drop off only. The postage was already on the box. They still want you to wait in line. Horrible customer service . Very rude people that work there.

I have always went to this post office and the ladies in the front have always been super nice. Today I went and the lady in the front was beyond rude. Some people are not made for customer service and she most definitely is on of those. I let her know that Traci was always SUPER sweet and her response to that was Shes Not Here And She's Never Coming Back. Who says that..? I will be filing a formal complaint with her supervisor.
