Building staff is too slow at attending the people. Not a single person as been helped yet and they have more than 5 people checked-in and waiting. Plan drop off should be a lot quicker and shouldn't have to wait. The City of Ontario building department is behind, compared to other cities. It's time for the city to upgrade its system.

By far the best experience from other Building and Safety Department, customer service at its best, just need to be patient and make sure all your paperwork is good. They will take care of you.
