Dresses are gorgeous but staff is rude. Act like they don't wanna help with getting down dresses. By the looks of it everyone has had the same encounters with staff. Even made my 13 old feel uncomfortable.

Went in looking for a dress for my daughter. The issue at this store is customer service, there is none. When I attempted to ask about sizing and styles, I was given rude, condescending answers by one staff. I looked for my daughters size since staff would not help and eventually was helped to dressing room. The same staff member started complaining about her job, until the Manager told her to stop and go home. We bought the 2 piece because it did look cute on my daughter, however I won’t return. By the way, I was in sweats and a t shirt, I feel like they did not think I could afford the clothes. Another customer who was well dressed, they were fawning over, she left empty handed. Clothes are cute and they do have a nice variety but customer service is TERRIBLE!

Have always loved this store and took my daughter to get some Demonia shoes. The service was so bad, such a disappointment. One associate was being super rude to another customer asking for help getting a purse down, while another was rolling her eyes about looking for the size my daughter needed and then returned with a flat "no" to her and walked away. We'll shop the Demonia website and just avoid this store during our shopping trips. Huge thumbs down.

I was SO excited to shop here as I am brand new to trying on anything pin-up. The selections are gorgeous but a bummer is they have a rule of only trying on 4 dresses tops. I had only tried on 2 dresses & was going to try on two more but the girl stopped me & told me about the rule. It discouraged me from trying on the dresses I was hoping to try on. The girl did know my size right off the bat just by looking at me, & they do help zip you up which was nice. I'm just surprised by how many rules there are. You can't take pictures of what you tried on, they have to help you the dresses (not your family, boyfriend, friend, etc.), & there's no refunds. What's nice is I got to discover brands I like as well as my size.
