Worst experience of my life. Went to the dressing room yesterday to try on some clothes because lately I can't fit into anything. The girls were beyond polite. They had one secluded in the corner alone, long hair no name I could see but she was amazing and so was the employee Cali I believe. The bad part was not them, but the manager that constantly knocked on the dressing room doors every 5 minutes and so did another girl. I understand you want to help, but it is beyond intrusive for all customers. The lady in the room next to mine was enraged. I don't know if the managers think it is the polite thing to do, but it is horrendous. Never coming back to this location. Lack of privacy!!!!

I very clean well organized store. I came in to look around because old navy sometimes has things that catch your attention. Big store and lots of room to look around comfortably.

Leslie was very helpful, I’ve came to this store many times in the past 2 weeks and she always goes above and beyond to help me to make sure I’m satisfied . I love her customer service and she will continue being the one I go to when I come here . 10\10 AWESOME

Customers can be very aggressive and rude here. Most of the staff is nice but they get very pushy about signing up for the old navy credit card which I find annoying. Usually good deals, especially if you have time to go through the clearance section...if you value your sanity I would NOT shop here on the weekends due to way too many people here and the mall in general.
