This place useto have poor cs. Now I've seen new faces and this crew goes above and beyond for the customer. Nick M asked me if I needed help and he was very polite about it. The cashier Vincent V also went above and beyond with his customer service skills. I notified the manager on how professional these 2 men where.

Not sure how I feel about this place. Not once was I offered help! I did notice staff asking just about everyone else. I'm trying hard not to feel as if my appearance had anything to do with that. However, it's hard not to feel this way specially when 5 Caucasian customers where helped or interacted with staff.

Solid customer service and helpful staff. Good selection of gear and clothing. New summer options are much appreciated. The only downside was only 1 staff member at the checkout and they took a long time with the first customer. I waited what seemed like a long time even though there were 4 or so staff members near the check out, it took ages for one of them to add additional help for serving customers.
