Perfect place for a new trans girl! I went last week and was insanely nervous (had to go in 3 times because of that lol) I told one of the employees my situation, they were super understanding and helped me with everything! (I think their name was Isaac I'm not sure but that's what it says on the receipt) I got a huge confidence boost since then! Huge thanks to the person who helped me out that day!

This location is pretty good, they had lots of new designs of shirts and jewelry. I got a new Tool 🔧 shirt. Friendly staff. Good layout. Always the best store in any mall. Wish the Anime stuff wasn't as popular right now because there always seems to be too much of that sort of clothing and other items in my opinion. Again this is a fine location that seemed to be well stocked and well staffed.

Hot Topic used to be a place for alternative fashion and any more half of the store is anime/cartoon memorabilia. That's ok if you are into that but I wish hot topic would get back to their roots and appeal more to the goth/punk clientele. The prices are good, and they always have a large clearance section. Wasn't too busy inside, and the staff was very friendly. Sad times when Spencer's gifts across the way has more leather spiked brackets and belts than hot topic.
