I just feel a little discouraged about cricket, first we found out that AT&T bought out cricket, now it's going to happen with the cricket store? I went in there to get my tempered glass cover protection fixed and they couldn't do it because they didn't have those anymore. Then I went to AT&t and they didn't have any either, what is going on with you guys.

The lady their was very friendly and helpful. She did a wonderful job on helping my sister and I. She even explained everything so throughly and clear.

I am in from out of state, and I can’t wear a mask due to health reasons. I was promptly kicked out of the store, and could not complete my business. Meanwhile, the employee had the mask halfway down his face not even covering his nose at all. If you’re going to kick somebody out of a store for not being able to wear a mask, properly wear your own. If you can improperly wear yours, and be in the store, I can not wear mine and be in the store.

Called nearly all stores in the spokane area. The help from the north town mall store was outstanding! I ordered a new iPhone online and brought it with me to get all my info transferred! Very helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend this store!
