Sold me on a phone trade in deal and refused to take the old phone until I got the new one. Well the new phone took over a month to get to me despite them saying several times that I would receive it in 1 week. And here's the best part, the trade in window is one month. They knew the phone was not in stock, told me it was then scammed me out of the trade in value. Also the whole reason i was FORCED into getting a new phone for was because they bricked my old phone after repeatedly telling me it absolutely 100% would not break due to the 5g tower upgrades. Well the 5g upgrades came and my 2 year old phone bricked. Update: help line said call the store so I did and lady who answered was extremely rude. Said she knew who I was because she assisted me days before. Said she helped me with a iPhone mini. I informed her I've never even owned an iPhone and only ever asked about Samsung phones. She was still super rude. I will be filling a complaint about this location. Cost me 800 dollars by giving me false information on trade in then is extremely rude because they assume I am someone else. Hopefully they will close this location down.

Went into to AT&T today to switch phone providers. Paige helped my boyfriend and I switch providers, and she set him up with FirstNet for first responders. The process was quick and easy, and Paige was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Overall a great experience!

She explained all the options to me and even helped me with picking out the right phone for the plan I wanted.
