It's called grace, and you, Hope, have none! Thanks for embarrassing me for purchasing a "low end" phone in front of your other customers. Even though "this phone is like a hundred dollars" I would have still liked to at least talk about other options instead of being lectured on how YOU only buy the higher end phones. Garbage store with garbage service.

Absolutely amazing experience! I’m a Sprint customer and the transition between Sprint and T-Mobile has been less than ideal for me most of the time because I feel like no one can ever answer my questions anymore when I go to a physical location. The last location said they couldn’t help me add a new phone and line to my plan because I was a Sprint costumer and that was disappointing. Everyone at this location, however, was more than happy to help us! They made sure we had the best deals and offered all of the promotions I was eligible for with no issue! They completely made our day and we will always return for any further needs!

The sale staff will lie to you to get a sale. told me it was buy an iPhone get one free that was not the case. Told me a charger I bought had a longer charger cord it didn't it was actually slightly smaller then the cord my phone came with. The manager refuses to live up to the expectations her staff sold you on. She was rude and the solution she offered was not a reasonable one. Thankfully because of my loyalty to Tmobile the call center supervisor in manager made it right because the store refused to. I recommend you save yourself time and money and shop Tmobile online because to get any assistance in buying be it customer support or in store there is a 30 dollar fee per phone they set up for you.

I came in several days ago and was absolutely blown away by the customer service provided to me at this location. I was looking to upgrade a phone and the sales associate by the name of Austin assisted me with the process and was absolute delight to speak with. I have never felt more prioritized and valued as a customer. After waiting for the several customers in front of me to be assisted, I had grown impatient with the wait. Austin called me over and with the most genuine kindness, apologized for the delay and immediately got to helping me. He informed me of a promotion happening at the which saved me hundreds of dollars, he assisted me with backing up my entire phone to the cloud, and all the while managed to conduct the most thoughtful conversation. This associate went above and beyond to make my purchase go smoothly and positively. It is clear this employee will not be in his position long as the service that was shown was quite possibly one of the best examples of hospitality in an industry where this usually isn't displayed.
