Easy to book appointment but I was not able to view or figure out how to reschedule. Had to make new appointment. It shouldn't be this hard to cancel or reschedule.

The customer service provided was terrible. We did not feel value as customers. We feel discriminated because we have an accent. I just want for them to treat us with respect. I give them -0 Minos cero

The two ladies in this office were so helpful and patient. I kept messing up my forms for me and my son and they held my hand through all of it with a smile! It’s was the end of a long day and I was dreading this process. They made it easy and lighthearted. Totally worth the wait for an appointment

No, you can keep your old passport. Some individuals save them for sentimental reasons but, it will always serve as proof of citizenship in case of a lost passport. So it is always a good idea to hold on to the old passport.
