Teresa is a prime example of not all heroes wear capes - she is an angel & a life saver! I went into The Dressing Room for a new wedding dress after a seamstress ruined my dress and told me it wouldn’t be finished in time. I was in a little bit of a panic (as I was just leaving that other seamstress and I had no dress but 1 week until the wedding). Teresa showed me everything she had in stock around my size and helped me get in to the dresses. She showed me THE perfect dress but unfortunately it was too small. Teresa ordered the dress in my size and had it express shipped (ordered first thing Monday morning and arrived on Wednesday). She kept me in the loop the whole time. When it arrived on Wednesday, she called me first thing and even scheduled an appointment with her trusted seamstress, Teresa Edens at Alterations by Teresa. I went straight to her seamstress who completed all my alterations perfectly and dropped off the dress to the shop the very next morning. A true blessing in disguise for me but it wouldn’t have happened without Teresa’s help! She truly cares and wants all brides to have their dream dress and will do what it takes to ensure customers leave happy. I would recommend her 100000%!

Teresa and Lynette were there for me every step of the way and gave me honest feedback on each dress I tried. My experience with the store, staff, and alterations was phenomenal. I bought my first dress over a year prior to my wedding and due to many reasons, just two months before the wedding date was in need of a new dress. I stopped in and was impressed with their wide selection. The staff was understanding and helpful. I ended up getting a beautiful dress off the rack and the alterations were also easy. I kept thinking that it was all nearly too easy. Despite having a difficult timeline, it was a delightful and easy experience thanks to the store and the alterationist I worked with. Their prices are phenomenal as are their selection!! Would absolutely recommend.
