The front desk staff are incredibly incompetent. I was told that they accepted BCBS insurance but when I checked in they kept trying to charge me $275 as a self pay new patient. I provided my insurance and then they told me that it was a $275 copay. That is absurd! They also charge patients to wear masks. Thank goodness I brought my own. I waited over an hour before I walked out. Avoid this place.

When you gain too many patients, you feel you can treat patients however you want to. If you decide, with the help of how you are being treated or made to feel that you no longer wish to be a part of this group, they charge you $50 to get your medical records. Gutsin is a great physician, but his front office staff lacks people skills. I can't rate this review...so disappointed! We are going to another physician & my attorney is handling this unnecessary backend mess. Just to add on-because of my review they canceled my remaining unused medication refill on medication my husband needed. My pharmacy can confirm. It's sad how they use retaliation when you express your unfair treatment. Thank you medical board for stepping in on this.

I had an important client meeting get pushed to the same time as my appointment and had to call to reschedule. After realizing that I was a new patient the staff member informed me that they would be unable to schedule any future appointments with me with zero apology. I am honestly glad I will not be putting my health in the hands of such an apathetic practice.

I was referred to Dr. Gutsin 13 years ago after not really having a doctor I felt comfortable with and not having been to a doctor in years. He made me feel comfortable from day 1. We have the same sense of humor and no matter if I'm seeing him for a checkup or something more serious or my ongoing health issue, I always leave feeling better. He really does make you feel like you are his favorite and most important patient. So glad I found him.
