I walked in as they opened for the day. The appointment was quick and efficient. Everyone was very kind. They called me after for a follow up appointment, but the call kept getting dropped. I tried to call back three times and finally gave up. One of the medications they prescribed, which I really needed is not covered by insurance.

I came with a pretty developed sore throat. Both my kids tested positive for Strep throat so the pediatrician suggested that I go to the doctor to have antibiotics. I had few rapid tests done and the results were negative. So we did PCR but the results were supposed to come back in two days. I asked if I am going to have any medication meanwhile as the pain is real. They mentioned that we need to wait for the results. That night, the pain reached a level that I haven't had for the last 15 years. I could not sleep. The day after and night after were horrible. I tried all the over the counter meds, nothing would help. Two days later I received an email with negative results and nothing to be done. When I go to the doctor I am hoping that the symptoms would be treated first and then the root cause on a longer term if needed. Here I paid 50$ if copay and got nothing done. Today I am still struggling with my throat even if it is a little bit better. With this being said, both doctor and staff were genuinely polite and nice.
