Brought my daughter in on a Saturday evening. Was told it would be a 3 hour wait. Dr. Crosby came out to tell me what they could possibly do and what my expectations of the appointment should be before being seen so that we wouldn’t waste our time. We were seen in an hour. Inside the patient room nurses and Dr Crosby both had good bedside manners. Dr Crosby was very patient with with answering my questions. And gave clear instructions for the next few days. The only issue is when you call back to speak to someone. It takes forever.
