I arrived here at their opening time which was 9am as stated on the website. I parked my car and realized the gate was down. I waited for it to open, once I saw the gate was half way opened I decided to go. I see a sign that says to knock on the bell, so I proceeded to do as so.. I was greeted by the receptionist who basically yelled at me stating “don’t you see we are closed” this is when I lost it Because it clearly states online that the opening time is 9am, how was I supposed to know it was closed…. It’s not my fault you guys aren’t opened on time. So not only do they not open on time but front desk gives attitude smh No one wants to deal with childish attitude, let alone people who aren’t feeling well.

I went to get covid tested on Tuesday December 28th, it is now January 12th (over two weeks later) and I have still yet to be called an notifies of my test results (which I’m sure covid done came and left already in the time span). I called dozens of times to ask and usually get left to voicemail but the ONE time someone picked up (12/30) they said my results weren’t in and to try again after New Years. Also the room they sent me to sit in and wait for my test already had a man in it. So they told him to leave and then DID NOT SANITIZE THE ROOM IN ANY WAY. they didn’t even put new paper on the bed/chair thing you sit on. So I grabbed the disinfectant and sprayed around the room myself.
