The clinic is clean, had a long wait time - understandable for the middle of the day and got treated professionally. My only complaint is the receptionists. They are too loud with people business. They need to wait until the person approaches to speak in a low tone. Very uncomfortable

I went to the city md in Harlem on Broadway and 145 I think. It was the worst experience I waited over 2 hours to be seen just for them to diagnosis my “pimple” as an abscess. The doctor had no empathy for my pain and ridiculously insensitive. She referred to “the thing on my face as retarded” and “ugly.” The nurse that assisted with her was inattentive and thoughtless, I had to ask him 3 times what medication they we’re prescribing and to even give it administered because like I said I was Waiting over 2 hours. Furthermore at the end they referred me to a dermatologist because they didn’t know what my real diagnosis is! I’ve been to city md in multiple locations in the state of New York and this was by far the most unprofessional.

Depends which week you go (re: stage of the pandemic, and whether or not other states' tests are leveraging NYS labs "extra" capacity). Several weeks ago, it took 5 or 6 days; last week, I got my results in 2 days.
