Made an appointment months ago and filed out hippa forms and documentation and come to the appointment my children’s info gone! This Dr. office is officially trash time for a new provider

Since this new merge with swope I have not been more displeased with tenney’s. We’ve been coming here for 6 years now and have never had these issues until now. We were turned away during walk in hours because they were too busy merging files into their new system to see my 7 month old son. I told them I needed to see a doctor not a secretary. We’ll be finding a new pediatrician.

Dr. T is a GREAT Dr everything was fine until they merged with swope. I been trying to get a copy of my son’s physical for 3 weeks now, but every time I call swope answers the phone, I give them my sons information & they say he’s not in they system & transfer me but It’s Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone at this office. I’m always told to leave a message and my call will be returned. I’ve left 3 messages in the past and never received a phone call in return. Let’s not talk about how they canceled my son’s appointment with no warning, then rescheduled it months later. The lady at the front desk is rude, I went in for a copy of a physical & she says it takes 3 days to print the paper & she will contact me to pick it up, I still haven’t received a call weeks later. I’m so fed up with this DR office & will be switching my son ASAP
