I don't usually rent a car when traveling, so I don't have much to compare to, but the gentlemen in Kansas City, Mo are the very best at going out of their way to make sure I was taken care of from getting my rental to checking me out! A great experience overall and I will certainly use this company again.

Very easy in and out experience! Both the representative at the counter and the member outside at the vehicles were very helpful and friendly. I was very pleased with my vehicle and the return process was quick and smooth. The only thing is I’m not sure I got my corporate discount? When I got my receipt in my email it seemed much higher than when I reserved the car?

If at the airport, watch for one of the transit buses that take you to the rental car area. Otherwise you would have to drive to the location I believe. Not sure if this Enterprise location does the pick you up feature.
If you didn't get insurance from Enterprise, check with your insurance to see if you have uninsured motorists protection and attempt to claim like that. Best advice I have for you anyway.
They prefer credit cards of course, but we used debit cards with Enterprise often and never had much trouble. We used a debit card at this location in June and July.

They have parking but not for leaving your vehicle there while you have the rental. You will need to park in the Airport parking and take the shuttle to and from Enterprise.
