If I could give zero stars I would. Dawn is a scam artist and they don’t disclose important information prior to renting a vehicle. Never use them go somewhere else there’s hundreds others that are better than her and her terrible company go away go far away.

I was in a pinch to get a car on the 4th of July and while all the other rental companies at the airport were making things complicated Jonathan at the airport location did everything in his power to get me in a car and help me out. And the price was extremely competitive!! Would highly recommend!!!

The car was fine, however we have yet to get the email receipt no matter who we get ahold of. The "expected" charges and what we were actually charged are very different. I don't mind if I owe the money, but they won't let me see what and why we were charged so much. Tried to call head office to be told this is a privately-owned Payless and all they could do was forward the message to this location. Still nothing. Will not use them anymore.
