Car was dirty, too pricey, staff was very friendly. Not too many options to choose from.

Customer service could be better. Maybe they were just short staffed.. but not very friendly and not very knowledgeable. Also not helpful when they only have a 5 mile radius to pick you up. The car was clean and check in check out was quicker than expected.

There is a bus that Services all the rental car locations and it have emblems of the rental cars on the side of the bus

Did U purchase additional insurance?...if not, U may hafta Use your own insurance...if it's under your deductible, you will have to pay for it, if you didn't purchase their additional insurance....If You used a MAJOR Credit card, it should be covered under that...call your credit card company, if you used it.

Yes, but I would take an Uber or taxi, it's a bit if a hike, especially if you have bags.
Deposit depends on vehicle class and anticipated usage. It will vary unless it's an insurance policy claim and it will be on average one days pay at insurance rates and its refundable
