My husband and I set up a claim through our insurance to get a rental here because our car needs some work done. I was told by my insurance that they would call to set up the rental, they did not call however, I received an email to set up my reservation. I set up our reservation via the link in my email and received a confirmation email as well. We went in on Saturday to pick up our rental and we were told by the employee (who stated he was a manager) that online reservations are actually pointless and they do not reserve a vehicle. They had no vehicle available for us. He also stated that he tried to call my husband to set up the reservation via phone and left a message. My husband has zero missed calls from Enterprise and he also does not have any voicemails from them, so the employee clearly was not telling the truth about this instance. The employee did give me some phone numbers of other locations to call but wasn't really willing to help me further with procuring a rental car. We have had to reschedule the work being done on our vehicle (which needs to be done urgently) to Wednesday when it was supposed to be started on Monday due to the negligence of the employee(s) at this Enterprise location. I would not recommend this location at all because the employee(s) here do not seem to care about the customers satisfaction nor do they seem willing to do their jobs appropriately.
