The ladies and security who work the front desk were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The doctor my daughter saw was very rude and needs to work on his bed side manner! If he does not want to deal with people on a one on one basis then he should find another career path!

I had a terrible time. I waited over an hour for a covid test. There I am in the waiting room with fever and coughing up a storm and it took me an hour to be seen. Then when I finally see the doctor he doesn't even bother reading my chart before discouraging me from Plaxlovid. I had to practically fight for him to prescribe me medicine. I'm sick with covid, I should take covid medicine. If I had a cold I'd take cold medicine. That's just common sense. He could have at least read my chart before talking to me. I felt he was really unprofessional.

Yes they do and they are very nice.pepole, and the Doctor is very nice. She yells you what she's doing and going to do. Their turn around time is wonderful went, on Sunday took both test and rapid, I received that one day, the PCR took three days. What a great place.
