Before my mother was released from the hospital the doctor ordered rehabilitation. We were faced with the difficult task of finding a facility. The Vidant Duplin Social Worker gave us two places to look at in Wilmington. I read the reviews on both places and Azalea Health & Rehab was rated high on the list. The care my mother received was outstanding. My mother was at Azalea Health and Rehab for two weeks and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs help with a parent or grandparent.

First the all the therapists went the extra mile they could not ask for better in this department the coordinator went the extra mile. The nurses and cnas went the extra mile also. The daytime nurses epically Ruth and Charity. My favorite nurse though was Kim she worked nights she really cares about her patients and was on top of things
