Door to building is always broke. No cameras in parking lots which may discourage crime and dumping. Nothing gets done on time. It's funny that the good reviews all came at the same time to boost this place. Once inside your apartment you'll see cracks in the walls, the drafts from the closets and windows. Hear the mice trying to get in. They don't do periodic checks of anything. Can tell there's no insulation. They are doing roof work behind us at 730 am. Who does that?

UPDATE: I have resided in this apartment community for several years and I have watched it decline. The rental office staff has changed at least five times since I've been here. When I first moved here we had security cameras on each building now there are none. There have been car break ins in the past couple of months. Some of the parking lots are not well lit late at night. The parking is horrible. Sometimes you have to park on the opposite side of the street than your apartment complex. The walls and flooring are paper thin, it's like your neighbors are in the next room beside you. I would look around and do comparison with other apartments before signing a lease here. It is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! There are several other apartments in the surrounding area that are more affordable that offer MORE amenities than here. There is only two washers and two dryers for each building. They are small washers and dryers and not worth the money they're asking for. The windows and doors are very old and in the winter time there is a lot of cold air that will come into your apartment and they don't offer any window treatments to assist you with your heating cost. During the summer months you have to practically close all your vents to just get air conditioning in a specific room. The apartments are outdated for what they're asking for. There are mice/rats that run around in the parking lot by the dumpsters. There is always trash outside the dumpsters despite that trash gets picked up twice a week. Now they are charging the residents for water, sewer and trash pick up. I have called around to other apartments within the surrounding area and they do not charge the tenants for water/sewer and trash pick up. It's not worth the money nor the headaches.

I have lived in a lot of Apartment Communties in my life, but Moravia Park Apartments have given me the best experience! From my first phone and meeting with the staff in the rental office, it has been beyond satisfaction for me. The staff is friendly and I never waited long for maintenance repairs. Unlike some other Apartments, Moravia Park Apartments do not have the " old out dated look". The apartment are spacious and roomy and I am very satisfied with my closet space in my bedroom which was a selling point for me. I love the view from my bedroom and living room! The trees are so beautiful in the fall. The location is convenient for me by bus or car for me to get to work or pick up groceries. It is also quiet and peaceful here. Moravia Park Apartments is a great place to live!!!

I enjoyed living here. Maintenance was ok. Things were taken care of within 24-48 hours. The entry way (security) door was horrible - a real joke that never got fixed or replaced. "It was constantly broke!!! From the time I moved in 2018 to time I moved out 2020 - maintenance try to fix it time and time again. The washer and dryer - I thought would be nice using an app from the app store (not having to worry about saving quarters). But when it would rain the machines wouldn't scan at times. Over all I enjoyed my apartment. This was my 2nd time living in Moravia Park Apartments. (Of course rent was cheaper back than) lol. Overall...not too bad of a place to live.
