I'd give 100 stars if I could. I have coming here for years and they have ALWAYS helped me out and gone above and beyond. I've been buying the same frames for 5 years now, and Visionworks is the ONLY place that sells them locally. Cody is an amazing person and went far beyond his duties to assist me. He got me taken care of and made sure that my replacement frames fit perfect before leaving. He seems like he truly enjoys helping people. I really appreciate that, as someone who works in the customer service world myself. They were able to push warranty replacement through even though I was past the warranty period. Absolutely LOVE this place and will keep coming back and asking for Cody!!!

I realize why I stopped going to visionworks. These folks are ridiculous not wanting to release my PD number for my glasses unless I buy glasses with them. Rebecca tells me to go on YouTube to get my PD number. Very unprofessional. You could just give it to me. I’m not buying those ugly over priced glasses. It’s my information that they don’t want to give and it makes no sense. It’s all good because I will not be giving my business to them anymore.
