I wish I didn’t have to leave a negative review however the girl who cut my hair did such a bad job, I need to get it out there. I don’t want to write her name but the salon can look up mine and my appointment to figure it out. They got me in super quick because they had a no show. I desperately needed a trim. I asked for 1-2 inches off, layers and to reshape my curtain bangs. My curtain bangs were starting around the bottom of my nose. She cut my bangs straight across at my eyes. I have NO clue why . She did this at the end. She cut my hair so bluntly and crooked. I’ve been crying since having it done because it’s so so bad. I didn’t want 3 inches off and the cut looks like something my 4 year old could do better. I was already stressed out and honestly after she curled it, it didn’t look too bad. I thought I could live with it and move on. Im still just reeling with how bad she did. No I am not asking for money back or anything. I just want the salon to see this and look into the stylist. She was very passive and cold. Not a great experience at all.

I'm from out of town and came to visit my daughter. I wanted to get my hair cut & she got me an appointment with Anna. She did a great job of cutting my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted & she did a really great job. She's very friendly & helpful with questions about your hair issues. I would definitely go back to her again. Anna Smallwood is great!!!

TINKHAM AUTO SALES

I was looking for a salon with nighttime hours. Raintree is open till 9pm. I went for a cut and Kiersten gave me a great haircut exactly as I described and showed her pictures of. I scheduled partial highlights with her for a couple of weeks later. When I arrived Kiersten was not at work and I was placed with Ashlyn. She did my highlights and they look so good. I have a lot of gray/white hair but she made it a light blonde in a cool ash tone. It blends perfectly with my natural hair color. Both stylists were excellent and had great personalities as well.
