I met Melissa Ott many years ago. I was a single parent raising a daughter with mental health issues and could not find a dependable, trustworthy professional to help with my daughter. The director of the facility in which my daughter was being seen referred us to see Melissa Ott. I can't tell you the times I was able to call on Melissa and her staff to assist in some of the toughest times over the last 25 years. I am a client at Genesis Psychiatric and I have always been treated with the very best of care. It can be hard to find someone in the medical field that you can say you trust. I am blessed to have found Melissa Ott and her staff members, they have proven resolve in my life and gained my trust. Thank you for everything! 🌷

Staff is wonderful and caring. Assessments are thorough. Easy to get in to be seen. Financial office bends over backwards to make sure you're able to keep your appointments. I feel heard and that my mental health is taken seriously. Highly recommend!
