Very nice staff. Thorough care.

This place is completely awful. I needed paperwork filled out to return to work, and Mackenzie Haas just laughed and straight up refused to fill it out. Thanks to her, i will be losing my job and my home. She is rude and is the most lazy, disrespectful healthcare provider I've encountered. She refuses to make any diagnoses, claims she gave you options but never once mentioned those options before, essentially gaslighting patients. She has continually refused to attempt any tests to get a diagnosis for my chronic pain. I will be reporting her for malpractice.

Everyone I have come in contact with here is just amazing! The doctors/nurse practitioners/psychiatrists/therapists/etc are very thorough and keep your best interest at heart. They are also not quick to go straight to throwing a prescription at you. If you wish to go a natural route, they are open to recommending supplements or others routes before prescribing something, if possible. Additionally, they strive to provide care for everyone with/without insurance or at whatever income level. They treat everyone with dignity and the same respect!

Awesome Clinic! Dr David Johnson is the best Dr in Murfreesboro.

Interfaith dental is the place to go in Murfreesboro for discounted dental services. They will create a service plan for your individual needs and a payment schedule that works for everyone
Yes they do, as does the guidance center in Murfreesboro. Either place is great for low income patients.
Depends on what kind of appointment. I always bring payment, debit or cash, my ID, which I have only needed once, and my insurance card. They make copies of the ID and insurance cards. I love this place they are very kind
They also evaluate you every yr. To see if there's any changes in your income. You have to take light bill stubs, water bill & a copy of your income. They are very nice there though.
Yes we accept out of county residents as patients. We offer a sliding fee discount for patients who qualify, based on household size and income.
The company that handles the phone systems at Primary Care and Hope Clinic were affected heavily by the recent tornadoes in Nashville. This means that there are going to be some issues with the phone systems until that company is able to get them resolved unfortunately. If you have access to the patient portal online, you can send a message to your provider quite easily.
Not at the clinic but they use DDS. Michael J. Thomasina at 3032, 125 Enon Springs Rd.E
Nyco Rupees, yes there is someone there that speaks Spanish, plus in Murfreesboro TN there are 2 Primary Hope Clinics that are open on Saturdays
I not sure but they can give you a referral
I'm sure the best way to get the answer your seeking is to call them. If they don't answer, you could leave a message. I would keep calling because they aren't very good at calling patients back in my experience.
Yes they do. You have to fill out a bunch of paper work but if you qualify you'll only have to pay $20 per visit!
Walk in appointments are accepted on a first come first served basis and go pretty quickly. The best thing to do is to call ahead EARLY in the morning (7am) and ask for a work in appointment.
All costs are based on your income classification but a lot cheaper than normal costs
I don't believe you can just walk in. Everyone has to make a appointment. Its clinic for no insurance so you can see a doctor. You see a caseworker first and apply then make appointment for doctor.
They do have behavioral health department that includes therapy and med management, but they will not prescribe controlled substances such as Xanax or Klonopin.
It is income based...make appointment with Ms.McCord and bring drivers license..and income statements...
yes
