Really enjoyed working for the kitchen! Manager works hard and helps his team whenever needed and helps other departments. It was fun to learn different foods to cook and not be so limited with seasoning like I would be at a hospital. If your food is cold, it's definitely not the kitchens fault because we are super efficient during trayline, keep the food hot, and bring the racks to the floors as soon as they are completed. We definitely will bend over backwards to make sure you receive your special food requests as long as we are made aware. The only thing is there needs to be proper staffing so people do not get burned out and lose their passion. I know that most of the time, staff in departments do the best that they can and can only do so much when there's so few people to help them.
