I had to drive from Shafter DMV to get help, that is a 30 to 40 minute drive. The staff at Delano DMV is great. They have nice, helpful and the guide you on what you need to do.

I’ve had to travel to other dmv because employees there seem to forget taxpayers pay their salary and are rude🤨😠

If I could give a star 0 because they take so long the lines really annoys me a lot specially when ur just standing there for an hours makes me want to leave there in no time. Also the behind the wheels the guy there is so rude when it comes to driving he isn’t nice at all I recommend going to Bakersfield better….. so o stars.

Normally after you pay the fines ( I'm assuming they were traffic citation related ) an abstract from each court is required. You then submit those to the DMV and your license will be reinstated. You can do all of that at your local DMV and leave with a valid license.
Hello Jorge. Yes, they still do appointments for registration. You might want to double check where you are at on the website. Maybe you are in the wrong area? I can tell you the appointments are about a month out right now. So if you need something sooner, look into going to the DMV on F St in Bakersfield CA. Just off of golden estate from the 99 hwy. It's open every Saturday 8-5. Usually after 1pm it's dead in there so you will be in and out.
You can just go into the DMV and ask for the BAR brochure. Then you can apply after reading the info on the brochure.
Hello Sandra. Unfortunately this DMV does not have one right now. Expect to have one at this DMV in a couple of months.
Yes. If it is within the time period. 2 months before your due date or 3 months after you registration due date.
Hello Sandra. If you did not get your insurance or local police department involved then yes, you will have to report the accident to the DMV. You can do that by walking in and getting a Accident Report forum. You wouldn't have to wait in like to get the forum. They are usually on the tables with the acrylic stands filled with forums. If you reported to your insurance company or had the police involved, then you do not have to report to the DMV. Whichever you dealt with will report it for you. Try and report it within 10 days if possible. If you and the other driver agreed to handle it between yourself then you don't have to report it, if you don't want to, but if the other driver reports it then you will have to turn around and report it. If you got police involved then I suggest reporting it anyways, because sometimes the police forget to report it.

Unfortunately the FAX number to the Delano DMV office is not public. If you have any questions I would advise calling the public customer service number.
Birth certificate or any documents showing your residency/citizenship, social security card (original no copies), and 2 documents showing your name and address ex. Gas, water, light bills. If you have a PO box you need to have both physical address and PO box on documents for address.

Yes
You must go to the DMV in person but you can make an appointment in advance, they will give you priority for this process since it is important to make the loss report. You must bring the documents that are indicated when making the appointment so that you can identify yourself.
Exactly what rosie said and you might want to take you social security card too just in case. They are very picky sometimes. Also try looking online before you go to fill out an application online so they have your information once you get there.
Alot faster if you do it online and make an appointment that way they don't send you back
You have to mail in your info along with the id forms here is the website for the mail address https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/contacting-dmv/
