I'm sure the best way to get the answer your seeking is to call them. If they don't answer, you could leave a message. I would keep calling because they aren't very good at calling patients back in my experience.

My personal opinion that place is a joke a complete and utter joke are money hungry and they care nothing nothing about really what's going on with 9% of their patients and that's a fact I've been there on several occasions I would not go 90% of their patients It used to be a good place to go to but it's not anymore I was there recently found out yet again the hard way it was not the place to be
The clinic can suggest low income alternatives for vision and dental, call and get information.

TennCare isn't going to pay for cataract surgery. Unless it's a life threatening situation, they will say it's elective surgery and will refuse to cover it.
