The company that handles the phone systems at Primary Care and Hope Clinic were affected heavily by the recent tornadoes in Nashville. This means that there are going to be some issues with the phone systems until that company is able to get them resolved unfortunately. If you have access to the patient portal online, you can send a message to your provider quite easily.
I always Google because I kept forgetting to save the number until last week. The numbers work but sometimes esp on Thursday when all Drs are in, it gets pretty nuts. The ladies that answer the phones also have to check patients in and out. Also, they go to lunch from 12 to 1. Hope that helps. Hands down still the best Dr office I have ever been to.
