I love it! Only complaint is parking. I had to park in a no parking, and run for my life to get my package.

It's a pain to park... once in a while you get lucky and pull right in... the staff is usually great, but you are more likely to park a bit down the street and walk to the Amazon store.

Their drivers/delivery need to install google maps to their devices. Can’t seem to be able to deliver packages to the correct addresses. And bought and paid for items are delivered and never received to the correct customer. Maybe you should ups!!

I was helped by Amber and Kimberly and they were so kind! I hadn’t done a return in a VERY long time and they carefully and patiently taught me, I felt comfortable and at ease. Thank you Amazon for hiring them!! ❤️

It's just ok. Certainly safe during the day, and probably fine at night. However once the sun is down I most likely wouldn't get out of my car.
I have returned 3 items without the boxes
No, this is self serve
I am confused about this. I have things to return asap!
To work at this location, the starting rate is 15$ an hour
Yes, If ordered on Amazon Prime and they allow the item shipped to that address.
Go to https://amazon.jobs/
Don't recall exactly, but Amazon's site should explain what to do when making a return. They give options as Rio bikes to return.
Try ohio.com. There was link to apply but I'm not sure if it's still up.
Do you have to have a printed label to return or can they do that there
You will have to call the Akron or Cleveland center to make the change.
Log in on the kiosk or let them scan the barcode you should have recieved on your smartphone.
Check online but you probably can pick it up their
Browse. If you spell it brows they will not let you in the store.
It will be there before they close. They lock the doors at closing time so be there before 5
Just take your item into Amazon Akron do not require packaging and will send it back for you free you sign in on the kiosk inside the building and get a packing slip and give the item and the packing slip to the person behind the desk and they ship it back for you
There is not a phone number for the physical store
Just to clarify... you need the Amazon app to get the pickup barcode. If you haven't received an email, text alert or notification from the app letting you know your order is ready for pickup, then you'll have to find your order on the website or app and view the tracking information.
Not that I've found
I would think so. I would call or check.thr website to make sure
It's not a store for that. It's more for shipping stuff to amazon or receiving things from amazon.
You don't need the original package the do a return on Amazon print all necessary papers and ship it off or drop it off and all is good
I don't think you can return large items to the Amazon store. You might need to call Amazon to see what their policy is on returning large items.
Depending whether you were required to pay postage in the first place, you could have saved money on postage by going to the Amazon store and having them print out a label for free. If you have a postage-paid label already, if they can't accept it for whoever the courier is, in any case they would be able to accept the return and they could provide their own label free of charge if needed.
Set it up ok n line and take it back to where you picked it up.
Check online through Amazon for eligibility requirements and the application process. .
You be also sign in with the email on your account and the employees will grab it for you.
Yes. With a return label that you get ahead of time. However, I don't trust this location. They've lost two of my packages in the last 4 months.
