If it's a rental you just walk in and wait at the counter. And they will ask you your account info and that's it.

Either print off the return label and box at home, or they have kiosks in which you can print the label there and stick on the box or ask the attendant for one. Once done, hand to the attendant and that's it.

You have to set it up through your account online. You can do that at location or you can do it ahead of time. You can also print the label at location.
