Just to clarify... you need the Amazon app to get the pickup barcode. If you haven't received an email, text alert or notification from the app letting you know your order is ready for pickup, then you'll have to find your order on the website or app and view the tracking information.
You can set up for text alerts. You can also see it on the website. Also, if you use it, the Amazon app will alert you, as well as give you a barcode to use to retrieve your package
